Peydma Late Game Build Guide

Peydma is a strong void epic from the Demonspawn faction. Even as an older champion, her kit and stats allow her to remain relevant throughout most PVE content in Raid. Being fully DEF based makes her sturdy and she can hit considerably hard if utilised correctly.

Peydma’s A1 is only one of a few A1’s in the game where Decrease Attack is AOE at a 100% Debuff chance (when booked and Crit Capped). This alone makes Peydma very viable in areas such as: Clan Boss, Dungeons, DT bosses, and good potential against the newly released Hydra. Her A2 is an AOE Decrease Accuracy and her A3 is a buff removal which she then puts on herself.

As all of her skills require Accuracy, the Support Tree will be selected. Pinpoint Accuracy, Charged Focus and Swarm Smiter are taken for the boost in Accuracy along with Lore of Steel, Cycle of Magic and Master Hexer for extra bonuses. You can choose to take Evil Eye. However, be wary of using her against Bommal and Griffin in that case.

The Offence Tree was also selected as Peydma can hit hard and also requires 100% Crit Rate in order to reliably place Decrease Attack every time. A typical Clan boss type path for masteries has been taken starting from Deadly Precision and Keen Strike for the extra Crit all the way down to Warmaster for the extra damage against higher HP targets.

Booking her is recommended to allow her to recycle her other abilities as quickly as possible.

Gear & Stats Build

Peydma requires a good balance of Defence, Speed, Crit Rate and Accuracy. It is important to get her to 100% Crit Rate to allow for her to be reliable as the Decrease Attack Debuffer. Accuracy needs to be high depending on the content. If you are only using her in FW, dungeons and DT normal then aim for 220-230 Accuracy. For Harder content like Hard DT and Hydra she will need in the region of 350+.

Speed should also be at a decent level, around the 200 mark so she can constantly recycle her abilities unless it’s a speed tuned CB team. Finally, the higher the Defence, the better. Aim for 4000 Defence at least to not only keep her tanky, but to also gain some benefit with the 100% Crit Rate. If all of these stats are met then trying to get her Crit Damage up is a good idea.

Sets wise, Peydma has the luxury of being able to work in a lot of different sets. Perception and Speed/Divine Speed are good sets for general PVE purposes. Other notable sets would be: Accuracy, Defence and Lifesteal.

Dungeon Runs

Dragon 20

In Dragon 20, Peydma is used to keep the waves at bay. Her buff strip and Attack Down can relieve some pressure for the rest of your champions and can be a big help against the dragon with her Decrease Attack. A strong team composition and roles for the battle could be as follows:

  1. Peydma – Decrease Attack
  2. Frozen Banshee – Poisons for the boss
  3. Archmage Hellmut – Speed and CC
  4. Scyl of the Drakes – Heals
  5. Warmaiden – Def Down

Dragon 24

In Dragon 24. Peydma’s role remains the same. As the waves and dragon hit a lot harder, the AOE Decrease Attack can help keep the momentum in favour of your comp. In the following comp:

  1. Peydma is used for her Dec Attack
  2. Frozen Banshee is used for poisons against the boss
  3. Scyl is used for CC, healing and revives
  4. Archmage for speed control and CC
  5. Warmaiden is used for Defense Down

Ice Golem 20

Against the Ice Golem, Peydma comes in clutch as her A1 AOE Attack down effects the ads as well as the Ice Golem. Not only this but the strip can also come in to help against the reflect damage buffs placed on the second wave which is known to cause problems for many teams attempting to speed run IG. An example team for ice golem 20 with their individual roles could be as follows:

  1. Peydma – Strip and Attack down
  2. Deacon – TM control and Def down
  3. Frozen Banshee – Poisons
  4. Stag Knight – Flex spot
  5. Apothecary – Speed and Healing

Faction Wars

In Faction Wars 21 , Peydma has two main roles. The first one is to use her buff strip on any Martyrs or Valkyries if they manage to place Counter Attack. The second is to keep Decrease Attack on with 100% uptime against the final boss. In the video seen below the comp is as follows:

  1. Peydma – Atk Down and buff strip
  2. Magnarr – Damage
  3. Gorlos – Def Down
  4. Duhr – Reviver
  5. Mortu – Damage

A lot of champs in this comp can be replaced with easier to obtain champions.

Doom Tower Runs

Celestial Griffin

Against the Griffin, Peydma has multiple uses. Her A1 allows the boss to constantly be under the effect of Attack down. However, make sure that you have block debuffs on Griffin otherwise it will transfer all debuffs. Peydma also provides Decrease Accuracy on her A2 which can allow high resistance teams with Alure to make sure the Griffin hardly gets a turn. The other champions that can be used in this run, with their roles are as follows:

  1. Ninja used for damage on the boss
  2. Scyl for heals and revives
  3. Vrask for heals
  4. Brogni for Shielding and Block Debuffs

Magma Dragon

Against the Magma Dragon, Peydma is utilised for her 100% uptime on Decrease Attack.

Aside from Peydma, some form of Provoke will be needed so Maulie and Martyr provide the Provokes against the boss. Maulie will also revive and Martyr also has AOE counterattack and Def Down. Vrask is there for healing and Tomb Lord is used for Poisons. Most if not all champs can be easily replaced as long as you have some form of Provoke debuff.

Nether Spider

Against the Nether Spider, Peydma’s A1 and A2 are useful in keeping the Spider’s Attack down constantly as well as having Decrease Accuracy. Her attacks also don’t trigger counterattacks from the spiderlings and healing the boss.

Ursala is used for Strengthen and team revives. As the spider will still be able to Debuff, Doompriest helps with the constant cleanse and healing. Vrask was also used to keep everyone topped up. Finally, the main damage from the team comes from Drexthar through AoE HP burns.

Doom Tower Final Boss

Against the final boss of DT rotation 2, Peydma comes in clutch to constantly keep Attack down on the boss and ads when being locked out. The comp is centred on Healing and allowing the damage to come from HP burns from Drexthar. Vogoth and Vrask are both used as healers. Finally, Ursala is used as a tanky, high Resistant reviver.
