The Portal Nexus room, in your player owned home is unlocked and buildable at level 72 construction. It’s one of the most important rooms to make the best PoH layout. As the room acts as a travel hub, with teleportation available to over 30 different locations.
The room costs 200,000 coins to build and a construction boost can be used to meet the level requirement. Although, this can not be boosted via the crystal saw, players will need to rely on other boosts such as a spicy stew.

Portal Nexus Space
The Portal Nexus is the most used and most important functionality of the room. Used to teleport to up to 30 different locations around osrs. Below is a table on the different tiers of Portal Nexus.

Amulet Space
The room contains two mounted amulet spots. One spot is to mount an Xeric’s Talisman, while the other is for a Digsite Pendant. Players can not add two of the same amulet.

In total there are up to 30 possible locations the Portal Nexus can take you to, similar to the portal chambers. 1,000 times the materials required for 1 teleport are necessary to add the teleport to the Nexus. You’ll also need any necessary magic level and quest requirements for casting the spell, in order to add it to the Nexus.

Portal Nexus Vs Portal Chambers
The Portal Nexus is a directly upgrade and significantly better than the portal chambers for a number of reasons. Firstly, it allows you to condense multiple portal chambers rooms into one room. With the portal chambers on 3 teleports can be added to each room. The Nexus allows up to 30 teleports in one spot, plus close by mounted amulets with more teleports.
This also makes it more convenient to downsize your house. As we know 3×3 house layouts are the best for loading times, creating a more efficient house and gaming experience.
