Adamant Dragons will throw a poison projectile at the players current position. The projectiles can hit damage between 14 and 25 if you do not move out of the way. If you have poison protection potions under affect then it will be reduced to 4-8 damage.

Generally no, as Rune Dragons will provide higher levels of profit per hour. So, players looking for a consistent amount of gp per hour would be better off facing the Rune Dragons. Also, due to their high defence, they give relatively poor experience per hour.
