The Cave Horror is a slayer monster unlocked at level 58 Slayer. They are best known for their black mask drops, which is used to gain the additional damage and accuracy boosts while on a slayer task.

They have a powerful special attack that deals damage equal to 10% of a players base hit points level. The attack can be negated with use of a Witchwood icon or having protect from melee activated. It is not recommended to tank the damage.
