Wyrms are a type of draconic creature found in the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon. They require a slayer level of 62 to be killed. However, they do not require any form of dragon fire protection despite their draconic nature. They attack with both melee and magic, but will only attack with magic if they are being attacked from a distance.

How to get to Wyrms in OSRS?
Wyrms are located in the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon. The fastest methods to reach the dungeon entrance include:
- Kourend Blessing to teleport directly to entrance
- Fairy Code C-I-R
- Skills necklace teleport to farming guild and run south-west to the dungeon
Then follow the route noted in the map below to reach the Wyrms. If you have not yet completed the Elite Kourend diary, you will need granite boots, boots of brimstone or boots of stone to avoid taking damage in the Dungeon.
Wyrms Gear Setup
Finding the most optimal gear to use when killing Wyrms in OSRS is important. Helping to increase your kills per hour and reduce supply costs. Melee and ranged combat styles are both optimal here. Below you can see example setups for each and for a variety of different budgets. Brimstone boots are included but these can be replaced with stronger ranged boots or melee boots if you have completed the elite kourend diary.

If you have not completed Kourend & Kebos elite diary. You will need either Granite Boots, Boots of Brimstone or Boots of Stone to avoid taking damage.
Are Wyrms worth killing in OSRS?
No, the average gp per kill is around 5,000. Additionally, the hourly slayer experience is rather inefficient. As you can only kill one at a time, in contrast to other tasks that can be completed in multi-combat.
Can Wyrms be Safe Spotted?
Yes, there are safe spot locations within the Dungeon, you can easily trap Wyrms around the outside of the room and kill them with ranged methods.
