Brine Rats can be killed in the Brine Rat Cavern. This is the only location in OSRS that they can be killed at currently. To get to the Brine Rat Cavern, players can use the following methods:

  • Fairy ring code D-K-S, entrance is slightly north-east.
  • Eagle transport system to Rellekka Hunter area, then run south to entrance.
  • Slayer ring teleport to Fremennik Slayer Dungeon and run north to cavern.
  • Teleport to Rellekka (Fremennik Sea Boots or PoH teleport) then run north-east.
