Below Mount Karuulm, players can find the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon. It contains a number of slayer monsters that are unique to the area and can not be found anywhere else. Players wishing to explore the Dungeon without the elite tier of the Kourend diary complete will need protection from the hot volcanic floor. Boots of Stone, Boots of Brimstone and Ganite Boots all work.
The Dungeon is single combat, but a dwarf multicannon can be used in all areas with exception of the Wyrm and Alchemical Hydra areas.
How to get to Karuulm Slayer Dungeon?
- Rada’s Blessing 3 or higher will teleport you directly to the entrance
- Fairy ring C-I-R teleports you below the mountain, run north to the entrance
- Skills necklace teleport to Farming Guild then run south-west
- Battlefront Teleport then run north-west
What monsters are in Karuulm Dungeon?
This slayer Dungeon is made up of three separate levels. Each containing their own unique monsters.
Lower Level
The lower level is the first level you will land on when entering the Dungeon. Players will find the Alchemical Hydra, Hydra and Wyrms on this level.
Middle Level
The middle level is home to Drakes, Greater Demons and Sulphur Lizards.
Upper Level
The top level is home to Hellhounds and Fire Giants.
The Alchemical Hydras Lair
As previously mentioned the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon is home to many unique monsters. One of which is the Alchemical Hydra, one of Oldschools most popular slayer bosses. She is located at the back of the lower level and can only be assigned via a Hydra task from Konar specifically.
