1. Occult Necklace
The Occult Necklace is the best magic necklace currently available in OSRS. It requires a minimum of level 70 Magic to equip and offers a significant boost to magic. With a 10% increase in magic damage and +12 magic attack bonus, this is by far the best magic amulet.
How to get an Occult Necklace?
The Occult Necklace can be obtained by killing Smoke Devils or the Thermonuclear Smoke Devil boss.

2. 3rd Age Amulet
The 3rd Age Amulet provides the highest magic attack bonus (+15) of any magic necklace. However, the Occult Necklace is always preferred due to its boost to magic damage. The 3rd Age Amulet requires a minimum of level 65 magic and 30 defence to equip.
How to get a 3rd Age Amulet?
The 3rd Age Amulet can only be obtained as a super rare reward from hard, elite and master clue scrolls. Alternatively, it can be bought from players via trading or the Grand Exchange.

3. Amulet of Fury
The Amulet of Fury has lower magical attack bonuses than the 3rd Age Amulet. However, it is significantly more affordable and easier to obtain. It also has higher defence stats and provides bonuses to both melee and ranged. Making it a better all-round necklace for general PVM.
How to get the Amulet of Fury?
An Amulet of Fury can be created by using a level 6 enchant spell on an Onyx Amulet. The Onyx itself can be obtained by exchanging Tokkul or facing high level bosses such as Zulrah.

4. Amulet of Glory
The Amulet of Glory offers identical offensive stats to the Fury. The difference is it offers lower defensive bonuses. However, it is also significantly cheaper and allows players access to a level 30 wilderness teleport. Meaning it is particularly useful for wilderness activities or players on a super low budget.
How to get an Amulet of Glory?
An Amulet of Glory can be created by using a level 5 enchant spell on a Dragonstone Amulet.

5. Amulet of Avarice
The Amulet of Avarice has identical combat bonuses to the Amulet of Glory. However, when use to fight revenants players will receive a 20% increase in accuracy and damage. Although, be careful, when worn in the wilderness this necklace will automatically skull the players character.
How to get an Amulet of Avarice?
The Amulet of Avarice can be obtained while killing revenants. The drop rate varies greatly depending on the type of Revenant you face. It can be as low as 1/1,467 and as high as 1/73,334.
