1. Tumeken’s Shadow
The Tumeken’s Shadow is a two-handed mage staff that requires a minimum of level 85 magic. It has a built-in spell that can be used on any spellbook. Additionally, the shadow staff has a passive effect whereby the players magic attack bonus and magic damage are multiplied by three (or four inside ToA). This makes the weapon the most powerful magic weapon in osrs.
How to get the Tumeken’s Shadow?
The Tumeken’s Shadow is a super rare reward from completing the Tombs of Amascut. It is the rarest of any of the tradable rewards from the raid.

2. Sanguinesti Staff
The Sanguinesti Staff is the best one-handed magic weapon in OSRS. It requires a minimum of level 82 magic to equip and each cast costs 3 blood runes. This weapon also has a passive effect, which provides a 1 in 6 chance of healing the user for half the amount of hitpoints dealt to the target.
How to get a Sanguinesti Staff?
A Sanguinesti Staff can be obtained as a unique reward from completing the Theatre of Blood.

3. Trident of the Swamp
The Trident of the Swamp is an iconic weapon in osrs and one of the best budget magic weapons. It requires 78 magic to wield and holds a consistently affordable price. It is also cheaper per cast than the Sanguinesti staff, with only minimally less damage. Additionally, the trident has a 25% chance to inflict venom on an opponent with every successful hit.
How to get the Trident of the Swamp?
To create the Trident of the Swamp players will neede to use a magic fang on an uncharged trident of the seas. This process requires 59 crafting and can not be reversed.

4. Trident of the Seas
The Trident of the Seas is the weaker variant of the Trident of the Swamp, prior to having the magic fang attached. It requires 75 magic to equip and provides a significant increase in magic damage when upgrading other magic weapons to this one.
How to get a Trident of the Seas?
Players with 87 slayer can kill cave krakens or the Kraken boss to obtain the Trident of the Seas. Alternatively, players without the slayer requirement can buy it from the Grand Exchange or other players.

5. Harmonised Staff
The Harmonised Staff is the best magic staff for casting spells on the standard spellbook. As it will increase the attack speed of these spells to 4 ticks and has no initial delay when autocasting.
However, currently its uses are rather niche. As this is an expensive item that is outperformed by the Shadow Staff or Sanguinesti Staff in most places. However, it is particularly useful against the Ice Demon in CoX.
How to get a Harmonised Staff?
The Harmonised Staff is created by adding a Harmonised Orb to a Nightmare Staff. Both of these items can be obtained from the Nightmare or Phosani’s Nightmare.
